Suggestions of members invited on the Revised Discussion Paper on the Direct Taxes Code - (18-06-2010)

As you are kindly aware that the revised discussion paper on the Direct Taxes Code has been released on 15th June, 2010. The Government has invited suggestions from the Regulators on the same before 30.06.2010.

Members may send their suggestions on the revised discussion paper at dtcsuggestion@icai.org . Since there is a time constraint of 15 days, hence the members are requested to send their suggestions by 23.06.2010 to enable the Direct Taxes Committee to consider the same in its meeting to be held on 24.06.2010.
